With new officers taking their roles, it’s time to update the officers list on your website. You do that on the Settings -> Toastmasters screen as shown below.
Setting the officers list
That setting drives the officers listing on the agenda and the members page of your website, as well as email forwarders like firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com for demo.toastmost.org in this example.
There are options on the same screen to name an additional website administrator or two, which is also a good idea. You can also designate one or more members as “Managers,” which allows them to add and edit the user/member list but doesn’t confer full administrative access.
While I’m writing to you, here’s one more reminder on tonight’s workshop. This is not specifically a Toastmasters workshop (I’m also seeking commercial customers for the RSVPMaker software), but it will cover some of the core functions for event promotion and email newsletters.

RSVPMaker is the part of the Toastmost / WordPress for Toastmasters software that handles event scheduling, RSVPs, and sending email. This session will particularly focus on the email newsletter and event promotion tools that can be used by clubs, districts, and other organizations.
