With new officers taking their roles, it’s time to update the officers list on your website. You do that on the Settings -> Toastmasters screen as shown below.

That setting drives the officers listing on the agenda and the members page of your website, as well as email forwarders like demo-president@toastmost.org, demo-vpe@toastmost.org for demo.toastmost.org in this example.
There are options on the same screen to name an additional website administrator or two, which is also a good idea. You can also designate one or more members as “Managers,” which allows them to add and edit the user/member list but doesn’t confer full administrative access.
While I’m writing to you, here’s one more reminder on tonight’s workshop. This is not specifically a Toastmasters workshop (I’m also seeking commercial customers for the RSVPMaker software), but it will cover some of the core functions for event promotion and email newsletters.
