During a recent webinar tutorial, one attendee asked for a way of locking the agenda against changes before a meeting. That option is now available.
If you want to routinely lock the agenda one or more hours prior to meeting time, you can set that rule on the Toastmasters settings screen.
A website administrator can also lock or unlock individual events. There are also options to unlock a previously locked event for administrators only, or to lock it for everyone except the site administrators.
Even if you don’t use this feature on a routine basis, I imagine it could be useful to lock the agenda for a particularly important meeting or special event where the meeting leader wants to assign roles rather than allowing self signup.
