RSVPMaker is the part of the Toastmost / WordPress for Toastmasters software that handles event scheduling, RSVPs, and sending email. This session will particularly focus on the email newsletter and event promotion tools that can be used by clubs, districts, and other organizations.

In the video below, I’m wearing my hat as the creator of the RSVPMaker plugin for WordPress, which organizations outside of Toastmasters also use to share their news and event invitations.
District 62 has been using the email newsletter tool and has provided feedback to make it better. I’d like to see more clubs and districts try it.
