Updating Your Officers List
When new officers are elected, you should update the officers list recorded under Settings -> Toastmasters on the administrator’s dashboard.
This controls the officers listing displayed on the left hand side of the printable agenda (in the standard layout) and also email forwarders in the format
email@example.com for a toastmost site at demo.toastmost.org
firstname.lastname@example.org for club that has registered its own domain

Updating officers may also be a good time to review site administration roles and make sure there is at least one designated backup for the site administrator. See Sharing or Delegating Website Administrator Rights and Responsibilities.
