Help Test the New Toastmost Mobile App

The Toastmost mobile app is coming soon as a convenient way for members to sign up for roles from their phones and tablets. Please consider helping test it. If you belong to a club that uses the WordPress for Toastmasters software for agenda management, you can find the screen to enroll under Toastmasters -> Enable Mobile App on the WordPress dashboard. Direct links to sites hosted on Toastmost.org are provided below.

If you’re not a member of club that uses the software, you can still test the mobile app by signing up at demo.toastmost.org to use the app with fictitious meeting agendas.

In addition to role and speech signup, the app includes a speech timer (synced with the agenda), with other features TBD. But the main advantage is of ease of use. While it’s possible to use the website digital agenda from a mobile phone, an app eliminates the need to enter a password every time.

The screenshots above are from an iPhone emulator running on a Mac, for now, while I’m working to raise funds for the official launch. If you sign up to test on iOS, you will be added to a wait list.

One reason the Android app is ready to test now, whereas iPhone users are being added to a waiting list, is that testing and publishing an iPhone app costs money.
