If you use the guest registration function that’s included on a Toastmost or WordPress for Toastmasters website, you’re using RSVPMaker — a WordPress plugin that can also be used to manage other kinds of events. Configuring RSVPMaker’s integration with an online service, either Stripe or PayPal, allows you to also charge for admission to events.
This is probably most relevant for district websites, but you can also take advantage of it for club fundraisers.
This video covers the process of configuring your registration form and setting options. Recent improvements to RSVPMaker make it easier to switch between making changes to a default form, versus a form for one specific event, or forms for different types of events (webinars versus in-person events, for example).
