A new option to show speech introductions on the agenda arrived in the latest update to the WordPress for Toastmasters software (RSVPMaker for Toastmasters 3.6.3 for those running independent websites).

I suggest two ways of using this:
- As an enhanced version of the agenda to be printed for the Toastmaster of the Day. Print the version without the introductions for everyone else, so that it should fit on one page.
- As the default, if you don’t mind the agenda running to two pages, or if you use it primarily on-screen (as may be the case for some online clubs).
To make the introductions show up on the agenda by default, go to
Settings ->Toastmasters and check the Show Speech Introductions on Agenda option.
If you do not make it the default, you will see an Show with Introductions option on the agenda menu to display and print that version of the agenda.

There is also a separate Speech Introductions option, which can be useful if you would like to print just the introductions on a separate piece of paper.
Of course, this is all more useful if you can actually get members to provide introductions prior to the the meeting. When it happens, it’s a beautiful thing.
